Hello! My name is Joseph Newman and I am a winner of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Gold & Platinum Excellence and the Five Star Professional Award. Continued Education is very important to myself & our team, with that being said, I am proud to announce that I received my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification this year! 

I am a Broker/Co-Owner of Sultan Newman Group at COMPASS Real Estate and serve the diverse real estate needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the metro Denver area; including Boulder, Aurora, Golden and Castle Rock. Prior to pursuing a career in the real estate industry, I was a freelance graphic designer for 15 years and am part owner of Interstate Kitchen & Bar located in the Santa Fe Arts District of Denver.

I am a Colorado native, earned my bachelor degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy hosting dinner parties, outdoor get-togethers, and simply connecting with people through hospitality. I am an avid sportsman, and I enjoy snowboarding, camping, soccer and more.

I have garnered numerous awards and recognition from various businesses, agencies, and other entities over the years, including the Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado State Patrol, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (I am also fluent in Spanish), St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association, etc. I also won first place in the Small World Skiing Championship when I was 6 years old.
